NMASS (National Mobilization Against SweatShops) NMASS was started as a project of Chinese Staff & Workers' Association in 1996. Now it is an independent organization with it's own membership base, working closely with CSWA and similar worker-led organizations to change the sweatshop system in this country and to establish the right to a 40 hour workweek at a living wage as a human right for all.
